Don't just go all out. Focus on a single point. Concentrate. Do not let your attention waver elsewhere, not even for a moment. Control yourself, too. Don't unleash it all at once. Try doing small sparks first. Make sure you release your lightning on a single point, and not everywhere on your body at once. Focus, and don't let your urges and curiosity shake your concentration. Once you've got basics down, you can probably do neat tricks like finger sparklers! Like this!
