A follow-up to the pick I did yesterday ( http://www.furaffinity.net/view/24379615/ ). I had the whole day free today, and since I thought shading the previous pic would take a lot longer to do, I'd set it all aside to work on that. Since I had nothing else to do, I decided to draw another one. I'm getting pretty good at drawing frogs. And pretty fast, only took me six hours to do this.
Poor Link. Having pressed his luck with trying to rob Maple too many times, he found himself turned into a helpless frog. After the apprentice witch gathered up her things (and Link's as well, since he wasn't going to be using them anymore), she hopped on her broom and left, ignoring the Hero of Ages's pitiful croaks of protest.
Link tried to get back to Kakariko village, hoping that perhaps the fortune teller could help him, but he was spotted by a wandering moblin, who thought he might make a good snack. It chased him through the forest, fortunately driving him to a small lake, where he was able to escape by diving into its depths. Now he was safe from the moblins, but he had no idea where to go. Climbing onto a nearby lily pad to look around, he realized just how much bigger and more frightening the forest was when he was a tiny frog. He had no idea where to go, and with everything looking so different, so much bigger, he had no idea how to find his way. What to do?
Nothing, except learn to enjoy the taste of passing insects.
Unless, of course, the player decides to reload from the last save file and try again. This time, play it smart and leave Maple alone.
