Here is the next installment. Things are getting intense with Simon as more characters are introduced into the growing web of transformation.

Simon again. Here we go. Lately I’ve been super paranoid about the Hooded Man. So far I’ve seen three people turned into animals on separate occasions. First was the gorilla, then the Elephant, and then just the other day a hippo! I feel like I’m losing my mind. I keep seeing red hoods everywhere. I feel like he’s following me. Waiting.
Besides that, though I really did see him today. It was just another Saturday afternoon. This time I was in my room. My neighbor Penny was in her backyard when who should pull up but her annoying boyfriend Stuart. I hate this guy. He always drives up to pick her up on dates with his stupid Mustang and blaring music. I’ve seen the guy in public and talk about a jerk. I want to say some other choicer words but I rather not just in case someone finds this who should not. Anyway, he gets out the car and talks to her. There is gesturing involved so I guess he wants to take her somewhere but she does not want to go. They start arguing and I’m sitting in my room watching them. Thinking about it now that is super creepy when I say it like that. Finally, she gives up and agrees. I roll my eyes and watch her disappear inside her house, most likely to get ready.
As I sit there all I can think is how nice it would be if the Hooded Man drove up in his white van and turned Stuart into an animal. Then just take him away. Not one minute later my wish comes true. The white van parks next to the house near Stuart and his mustang. The window rolls down and out comes the dart. It flies straight into Stuarts neck. I smiled. Yeah, I admit it for the first time I was glad to watch someone fall victim to the Hooded Man. That is how much I hate Stuart and with him gone maybe Penny will be… Um. Got off topic. Let’s see. Stuart starts shaking violently.
It is important to note that Stuart in still in his car while this is happening. White fur spreads from where the dart hit him. It spreads up around his face as his head changes shape. His face starts stretching outward into a muzzle with a big black nose and beady eyes. His teeth grow long and white while becoming sharp and lethal. The fur overtakes his head except for his ridiculous bottle blond hair which for some reason did not change. I might have to write “Just For Men” a letter and find out what they put in that stuff. He sees himself in the rear view mirror and screams. He starts thrashing around in the driver’s seat hitting the wheel and setting on the horn over and over. His hands change into large white paws with these deadly looking claws popping out of each finger. The white fur has spread over his entire body by this point. He spins around in his seat tearing apart the leather and scratches everything close to him. I see him struggling to get out of the car. He lifts up one of his feet and I see his shoe burst open revealing a large white paw each with more claws. His designer clothes tear away from his body as it grows larger and wider. It was like he was gaining pounds by the hundreds. He falls back and hits his head on the passenger side door as his body finishes expanding. He huddles there for a second then tries to climb out from the other side of the car. I could hear the scratching of the metal from where I was.
As Stuart tried to get out of the car, the Hooded Man shot him with another dart right in the behind. He falls hard collapsing completely in the seats of the car. The Hooded Man got out of the van and walked over to the destroyed mustang. I see something in his head that looks like a chain. Sure enough, the Hooded Man latches one end to the back of the convertible while the other is attached to the van. He walks over to the front of the car and pushes the button so the roof comes back down. Now Stuart is completely hidden from anyone watching.
I just remembered that I was supposed to be taking pictures. I hurry around my room trying to find my phone but cannot remember where I put it. When I found it and got back to my window both the van and the car were gone. Unfortunately, there was someone else there. Penny stood at the edge of the driveway. Her purse was lying on the ground next to her. Even from where I was standing I could see her face. I was an expression of pure fear and shock. I knew that she must have seen something. I just wish I knew what that meant.
