Reference for a character of mine I've had in the works for like years ops...
Valentino Martínez is a mexican mafia don, Who runs the largest casino in the dark realm and behind closed doors runs illegal drugs/weapons smuggling and loan sharking to lumi who want cash from him, or debt collecting to those who owe him money from getting into debt at his casino..

Hes a very laid back and happy guy despite what he does, and prefers to solve issues with talking and other non violent solutions, though will ususally get his henchmen to do the dirty work when it does need doing. He has an affinity for aquatic lumi and only employees those in his buisness, his closest members being his underboss Martin; a leopard shark, and his 'son' Tobías, a jellyfish lumi whom he stole from his parents who got them selves into debt at the casino.
