Hey everyone!
here's a piece that I've been working on for a bit now and I that I'm really happy with the results! It's the first time that I actually take the time to draw water and I'm really glad about the results! I really like making those with a Snap Chat screen capture of it because it makes it look current and hip ( I know that I sound like an Old corporate guy by saying that) and it also helps me to make the image a little... let's say intimate because of all the snap chat concept and the caption that Cajin, in that case, wrote on the picture.

You should definatly be happy with the results. Water is a difficult thing to make look right for sure and it looks pretty good here! Your skills have come a long way in general it seems too. Amazing job with the perspective as well!
On the subject of the water, have you considered trying to apply a slight horizontal ripple to parts under the water or distorion radiating out from where objects touch the surface? If not, maybe give it a try if you decide to work with water again.
Either way, amazing work you have going on here!

I see your point about the water distortion and in all honesty, I've thought about it. But, I decided to not do it for the simple reasons that I purposely stylized the water that way so the water would be crystal clear and undistorted. Also, I'm not gonna lie, I'm a lazy bastard most of the time so that probably influenced my decision in the end. But thank you for the compliments and the criticism! It is much appreciated.
