Erm...I am not really sure now what has happened here, or why she started turning people into Pokemon, or why she has to keep doing it.

Yeah the story is told in snippets as she regains more memory of her past, the reader knows about as much as she does, though an origin/explanation comic is planned soon enough.

I am mostly puzzled as to why this little guy tells her she has to keep TFing people. As, I am confused why the world is coming apart in the first place.

Curious for the coming comic now.

Well there's a lot that's tied to the beginning of the series, basically the premise of SoG is a girl is cursed to a monstrous form due to severely injuring missingno and must punish those who also abused or seek to abuse the missingno glitch.
