Sure, Adri HAS NO right hand to write with, and that could explain the messy text, but I have no excuse. I AM right-handed and I could've wrote better. Then again, SHE drew it through ME.
Adrianna has been somewhat fed up with her vicegrip steam gauntlet, so she awoke from her latest nightmare inspired to design a weaker but far more dextrous pneumatic design, using a drawstring technique to operate the digits, powered by using her fire affinity to heat the various chambers inside the palm of the gauntlet. Four chambers in all, one controlling index, one controlling middle, one controlling ring and pinky, one controlling thumb (not shown).
She's gained a little more control over the manifestation point at the end of her arm, so she can now decide to focus it more over to one side or another. Just enough to heat individual chambers. SADLY, each digit is only bidirectional... but with a little bit of timing, she'll be able to drink her morning coffee without worry for shattering the mug. or at least, less worry.
This new design is intentionally weaker. She can't choke someone to death any more easily with it than anyone else could with their own right hand; nor is it as durable as her previous one... it'll be good for comfort or dress. exerting too much pressure on the pistons causes the drawstring to slip rather than snap; she'd rather give it regular tunings and tightenings than occasional replacements! Also, this rendition allows for limited rotation capability: notice the groove labeled "Radius". There's one on the diametric opposing interior wall of the gauntlet for her Ulna. Adrianna's Radius and Ulna are severed, but still stick part way out from the muscle mass, though still furred-over. She can still barely twist them, and thus turn the gauntlet. The straps that hold it to her arm are on a tracked ring that allow the gauntlet to rotate.

Looks good, but I am confused, is this a gauntlet (that someone wears over a hand), or a cybernetic replacement for a hand? In either case that is some amazing work there, and if you think her hand writing is bad, you should see mine. I have nerve damage in the wriste of the hand I use to write.
Hahaha... It's not a glove, surely not! It's a prosthetic, replacing one of my characters' right arms. She's very adamant about overcoming her 'handicap' on her own (and don't ever tell her it's a handicap o.o; even I'M scared of her about that, and she's MY character!)
She is affinate with the element of Fire. Yes... magic, I must regret to admit. It manifests itself at where her right palm used to be, relative to the position of her right forearm's stump. She can use it as casually as one would use a limb of their own body; move it a little this way, that way, flare it up, cool it down. Using this, she can heat the chambers within the palm of the gauntlet and operate the digits.
It's... pre-cybernetic, entirely mechanical. Steampunk at best.
