Commission: Hospitable Legendaries
This is a commission for my friend
talonblaze featuring Targon Ghanzir and Agamid Drakarum (and Iraskor Razor for cameo) who are hospitable for their guest Talon :D
Finally, the feral dragon-based commission art! W00t =D
The familiar red dragon was seen teleported from the portal arch down the Shrine of Dragon God’s entryway. Targon was
first to greet the visitor. He crawled downstairs towards the lower level, stopping by the portal lawn. The red dragon has
rotund belly, dorsal fins all over his back, but no horns. He reached the dragon and gave a greeting hug.
“Welcome to the Falling Skies, visitor!” Targon said happily.
“Oh, I was just curious to see what’s behind the portal below. I’m too lazy to fly up, haha!” the visitor said.
“Ah most of the wingless creatures use them while us dragons can fly. But I understand your reason. My name is Targon
Ghanzir, the Legendary Fire Dragon, and I work here to see and protect the world from chaos.”
The dragon visitor nodded. “I’m Talonblaze.”
“Heheh, hello Talon. Come inside so you can explore.”
Gladly obliged, Talon followed Targon upstairs and both red dragons came into the Shrine’s entryway. They stopped as
another dragon from the main chamber checked the visitor. His name was Agamid Drakarum, the leader of the Legendary
Dragons of Benevolence who has the mastery in wind element, including light and nature magic. As he uses his special
ability to read the visitor’s alignment, he concluded that Talon was a good dragon.
Agamid cleared his throat and posed formally, since his attitude was to be serious and smart about the surroundings and
encountering individuals. “What brings the visitor here, my second-in-command?” He asked.
“Well, he just wants to hang out here for a moment,” Targon said, and he turned to Talon. “Are you hungry? We have
hospitable treat for anyone here.
This offer caught Talon an attention as he loves eating his favorite treats. However, as he was sent by a Legendary Dragon
in their domain, he gulped. “Um, that’s okay, Targon. I’m just stuffed,” The red dragon told humbly, gesturing his hand as
a “stop” sign.
“Well it’s up for you, but you are free to roam around, but I’ll have to follow you in case of reaching the forbidden areas,”
“Hmmmm. Proceed then, Targon. You may be his guide. But, remember our strict rules against revelation of our secrets,”
Agamid warned, making Targon nod.
Targon and Talon entered the hallways which were wide enough for numerous dragons to pass without a heavy traffic
depending on the draconic width and height. Targon showed his fellow red dragon the libraries, school of magic, alchemist
lab, observatory, fire temple, flight gymnasium and magical simulation room. They ended up in the mess hall where Iraskor
was eating his selected dish from the counter.
“Here we are. The mess hall is where we Legendary Dragons eat. Our followers having our completed knowledge spend
their time together eating and talking,” Targon guided. “So what about you? We can give you food for free. Please don’t be
hesitated to join.” He smiled, along with Iraskor who looked at him being generous as much as he donated gold to poorer
dragons and other races.
Talon made his decision, to join the feast with the Legendary Dragons delightfully. “Why thank you very much, Targon! It’s
a great pleasure to be with you,” he said. “Now, I’d like a sweet, creamy blueberry cheesecake, please!” He drooled as he
mentioned one of his favorite desserts.
“With pleasure, friend.” Targon moved towards the window to call the dragon chef. “Um, do we have storage of cakes in the
ice chamber?” He called the dragons working for food lunches.
“Yes we have!”
“Nice, and do we have blueberry cheesecake?” He asked.
“We have three cheesecake left, but one of them has been sliced!”
The used cake didn’t matter for Talon to be given as a gift. Talon crawled with Iraskor towards the certain spot with a maroon
yellow-outlined rug. Iraskor told him to wait for the order. Few minutes later, Agamid arrived and had few dragon waiters to
carry a bottle of wine, a big, whole, roasted poultry, and a sliced roasted beef.
Agamid laid himself in front of the red dragon. “So I heard you would love to eat blueberry cheesecake. I do not take too
much sugar-contained viands but it is up for Targon or you to take. However, I do concerned about your stomach, since your
capacity seems…bloated,” he told, focusing on Talon’s bulged belly.
“Ah, but that’s okay. I’ve been rounded a lot and I love it.”
Targon approached the spot, carrying a bowl of marshmallows and a whole blueberry cheesecake on his chest tray handler.
He used his hand to put the cheesecake down before Talon while his other hand was supporting his balance. As all was set,
he removed his handler and lied down between Talon and Agamid. “So what you guys are talking about?” He asked, cupping
a handful of marshmallows.
“You may know it from your friend, fire dragon,” Agamid said, pointing his head to Talon sticking his tongue out over the cake.
“He seems excited today.” He poured his goblet a half-filling of grape wine and sipped it. Meanwhile, Iraskor was given another
cheesecake to serve for the visitor. It was a fun moment for the adventurer although he gained weight dangerously but he
was happy to be stuffed with lots of food that Targon gave.
