Seems like Basil took some pages out of Buu's book after the Zen Exhibition Match.
Needing a way to keep himself from getting knocked off, the best solution he could think of apparently turned out to be getting as fat and heavy as possible to resist the force of any attack that might get thrown at him, possibly even ricochet it back through with his big bouncy belly~
Hey, don't underestimate the power of pudge~ His Wolfgang Penetrator's definitely got a whole lot more weight behind it now~
I'll Scrap this in a day or so. Don't need to clutter everything with different versions. XP
