Interesting charackter :D I like the picture!
Semerels (hope it's his name) head remains me a little bit of the "Lizard" form the Monster Boy Remake and the Kit Fisto from Star Wars :D
I realy like his "tense" facial expression and his armor with the fur at his neck and the chains keeping the pices together. The spear looks as he is attacking something, but with the non sharp ending. I'm not exactly sure, if he is fighting under water or maybe near the surface.
The pose is realy great, expressing like he is fast and strong. My attention does always land on his face :'D Then on the armor, followed by the spear and the feet. The tail I'm often over seeing.
