This is the third reference sheet for Charlie. HE IS EVOLVING. I haven't changed his design at all. But I'm adding things like clothes, and the fact that he now has a pipe. He's classy.
But I'm changing things a bit, and going to disclose Charlie's story. So He's no longer a stoner drug addict scientist. He is officially a loser.

BUT. He will have a story one I take my focus away from Unsung Malady. (He's not going to be in Unsung Malady because Self insertion is a sin)
