final request 14/128: Da ist was faul! ...
Request for
MasterDraco featuring his OC ambushed, hogtied and gagged by this croco-bandit. The money doesn´t seam to satisfie him, so he probably will take another loot.
this pic was difficult to color, because I used another kind of paper and new colorpencils and I experimented again with new techniques.
Maybe I shouldn´t do experiments on requests, since those results should be better then an experimental one
Dialogue: What a pathetic loot.! I think I will take you with me instead, to get even with you, hehe!
Title means: There is something wrong. - and not only in Brandenburg

thanks much for the nice comment, me Lord *bows*
The reason why I am not really satisfied is that it didn´t turn out the way, i was expecting it to happen. Maybe I should have tried out some sketches to color before using the new technique on a request pic^^

Hehe, the captive actually should be a dragon, but I am afraid, I ended up with the bull like design, what I originally wanted to avoid, hehe squiek
yup it is allways a good thing to see buff guys helpless struggling

It's indeed very dangerous to try new ways of painting specially when the picture is not for yourself, but I must say that you did a really terrific job on this one, Lord Eternal :D!! The new style of painting kind made it looks like an texture >w>!! And the way you did the shadows and light gave a good volume and 3D effect ^w^! The color is just perfect :D!!
About the picture itself, I did loved the angle where Master Draco was tied up x3! It's amazing how you can draw those things and make them look so real and dinamic xD! We can also say that he is really struggling to het himself free XD! I did loved how the gag is around his mouth, with a knot in the middle of it XD! This is a really effective way to gag someone XD! I also liked the crocodile dude, specially his outfit xD! I do love how you draw the clothes OwO!!

yes you are right, me Lord Onodera. This is a new experience for me in more then just one way: Never experiment arround on request pics, if you are not certain for the result to be good enough.
Hehe thanks much. I hope he will like it too^^
yes, this is something I allways was very strict on myself in drawing. Any kind of clothing must look as realistic as possible and I looked up for many references in the past as I still was training myself. My first attempts of clothing looked like a second skin on the characters I drew, then the layers of the clothes looked aweful and I looked up for pics from the renaissance period, where the clothes were painted in many many layers on the figures and this helped me to practise a lot.

There's some very nice detail on the clothing and with the scales on the crocodile character as well and the muscle tone/skin on Master Draco's OC, with the colouring making them really stand out, almost a three dimensional piece to me if that makes sense. I think in this case the experiment worked well and I hope Master Draco will be very happy with the results.
The crocodile bandit reminds me of a malign Sebastian, obviously enjoying his victims humiliation, almost playful and sadistic and with the dragon still snarling and struggling, I wonder what he might have in store for him? Probably making sure he's restrained and bound enough that he can struggle without being able to break free and technically being held for ransom but maybe the crocodile might want to see if he can completely break him, maybe something truly evil like using his blade to carefully cut off those horns to keep as trophies or if that's too cruel there's always the old fashioned tickle torture.

I certainly love the final result and I am not mad that he tried something new, that's what those requests are there for as well, as training for the artist.
Well, I am afraid whatever the crocodile has in stock, it will be quite unpleasant. The bondage itself isn't a problem, I actually quite enjoy that, hehe.

Aber den Gebrauch dieser Technick muss ich noch üben^^;

Nein, keine Sorge, alles gut.
