It'd be weird to have a volcano in a really dry region. :s

Well ... The volcanoes are not factors of whether the region is dry or it is not ... The volcanoes usually appear in mountains and mountain ranges ... also that if it activates or erupts the first puff of smoke I think Can reach 200 kilometers around ... and why they are heading to Quartz ... which I understand is a mountainous link possibly there some volcano ... and that's why I thought of that possibility ...
