Alright so... this image was totally out of my comfort zone, and I'm not sure if I like it. In fact, I'm pretty sure that I don't. But I put way too much time into it only to delete it, so here ya go. Humans, multiple characters, backgrounds, facial expressions, and character interactions are all things I suck at. And this picture has all of it. It was a frustrating piece.
ANYWAYS...
Desert hobo Red is sandwiched between his giant overprotective kitty, Bones, and a certain somebody he found wandering around and took in, Blaine. So, desert hobo #2 I guess. Blaine's not a friendly guy. Circumstances that happened over a prolonged amount of time fried his mental status so now he's deranged, doesn't trust anybody or anything, and basically goes into a violent rage at random. He's totally overprotective of the things he actually DOES like, and wouldn't hesitate to hurt a few people if he thinks they're threatening said things. Doesn't even have to be a legitimate threat... if his skewed mind views it as something untrustworthy, it can flip the switch. He also doesn't talk much, but the occasional snarl or growl sound probably wouldn't be too far fetched. Probably gets along with Bones great.
So yup. Red looks as though he's questioning his life decisions and wondering how the hell he ended up in this predicament, stuck between a large snarling animal and a equally snarly human thing with a gaping hole in his side. I'm not even sure how he ended up like this. One thing's for sure, he really needs to stop feeling bad for things. It's proving bad for his health.
I doubt any of this makes sense, but hey.
Clones + tusk cats belong to Star Wars/Disney.
These particular guys I'd like to think are mine.
