It's a nice picture, even if incomplete.
I actually had to LOOK to see the spots where you hadn't quite finished. Being honest It looks great.
I like how you avoided making the outfits overly complex. I've noticed in steampunk there is a tendency for folk to think "More is Better" when it comes to details.
Sometimes a few ruffles and some buttons are all that's needed.
