When she says "make their own eggs", does she mean she suspects them of not being the ones to have painted their eggs, but taking credit for another's work?

I like her cranial adornments, they're interesting to look at, she makes me think she rode a Harley to this competition, with a really complicated casing for the egg strapped to the sissy-bar. I really would like to see more of this character, simply because of how bad ass she is, and her seeming love for cute things.
