Alright! This is one of the first serious coloured pencil piece of artwork that I have done. It is a gift for my cooperating teacher, actually, who has allowed me to learn from her and teach in her stead for quite a while during Student Teaching I. She is very much into the Japanese culture as I am, and has spent a lot of time in Japan as well. I wanted to give her something to remember and as a great thank you... so I came up with this.

An anime/manga girl in a kimono with an origami crane. This was done using copic inking pens and Prismacolor Colored Pencils. I have to admit... I am in love with these pencils!! :D Expect to see more artwork like this down the road... I had so much fun with these, it was scary. @_@;; lol... I can't wait to do more. ^^ ...first I gotta order them, though... oi...
