Tadaaa! Here's Picto!
Adorable little thing, ain't he? :P
Little Picto here is one of three types of "Artisard," strange, magical beings somewhat reminiscient of dragons in some ways.
Specifically, Picto is what is called a "Picto Artisard." Creatures with a paint-like substance emmiting from the top of their head. The paint carries their very willpower and acts both as natural defense and fuel for spellcasting. The Picto (species) have the power to make whatever they paint come into existence! How much they can paint and how powerful it is relates directly to how much of this paint they have access to. In other words; Picto (the individual) is exceptionally powerful!
When you are as powerful as Picto, very little seems truly threatening. As such, Picto has developed a playful personality with all of his childlike wonder intact; Everything, even battle, is just simple fun! ... At least, to him it is.
His companions tend to feel otherwise.
... Don't ask why his name is the same as his species. It's a long and complex story that is better told in full. And with pictures.
And lastly, a smidge of Picto Trivia: The colour of their "Paint" changes constantly. Which colour it displays depends on their emotions! Yellow, its most prominent colour in this picture, represents "Joy!"
