He's a short, horny, perverse Least Weasel who works for a local newspaper. He likes to use his camera to take photos of people fucking. His nickname is Weekly because he stinks and everyone jokes that he only changes clothes once a week (in reality it's probably less.)

In other words, he may as well have been designed to make me fall in love with him. He's from the french comic Blacksad, which is a very good comic despite being full of anthro animals. I feel bad for sexualising the comic, but damnit WEEKLY.
