Can get the pillow easy at Bed Bath and Beyond :0!
Here's what we use!

fits our 50cm by 140cm pillows perfectly!
This particular case is 50cm by 150cm, so there'll be a LEEETLE bit of extra space therein, which you can fill with old shirts, or buy some stuffing at hobby lobby or a smaller pillow.
But YEEEEE, it's worth it. She's goooood in bed, lemmy tell ya :3c
