More pokemon tattoo designs !

This Time Eevee with a red R. GUESS WHAT! ITS NOIRES EEVEE! XD
A friend who cosplays noire and blanche (and is a hug fan of surfis drawings etc. xD) asked me to draw her a design with a jumping Eevee for her blank wall at home.
I asked her if i should draw an R with it
