He's based off some guy who would sit and stare at stuff back at 9th grade science class. He was a trouble maker and a asshole and he has the nerve to try and ask me out a couple times. I saw him working at the local grogery store and, like always, he just stood and stared at me. Why he is a raccoon? I don't know. He isn't a furry or anything.
