An investigator dispatched to infiltrate and monitor the Serpent Society crime network that infested its way into the very roots of the city of Saltknuckle, Tess was in the thick of the organization when it all came tumbling down. But when he showed up to report to his superiors, he found the heads of the city government usurped by the very leaders of the Serpent Society that now sat in shambles, having jumped ship to instead control the city from the top, rather than the bottom. Now branded a traitor and wanted for consorting with the Serpent Society, he's laying low in the city, gathering contacts among the crime network's low-ranking survivors that went into hiding as he attempts to unwravel this conspiracy himself.

Tess loves a good undercover mission, always eager to try at his hand as a new role, blending into the background as a a librarian, butler, bartender, anything that can help him get closer to and extract information from his marks. Though perhaps he just likes to play dress-up.

Tess is part of an upcoming series I'm planning, though I haven't decided on the final delivery method, yet. Light Novel, Visual Novel, and Comic are all possibilities, pending time and available resources.
