Cy-frames a new class of machines the researches of Ella brought to life using the Cy-matter a new classified material that link a master and a frame togheder generating a bond that let the two become one to use the Cy-matter to change the battlefield in their favour.
Excellia was one of the first Cy-frames ever created, standing at almost 2.1 meters high she have a robust yet feminine build with strong quick hands able to hit and tear trough light armor, yet her most iconic ability it's the capability of creating volatile materials using Cy-matter giving her pretty much an ipotetically infinite ammount of explosives to use against her foes.
Excellia personality at first glance it's cold and silent but usually tends to soften when in company of her master becoming quite talkative, her looks give away quite easly her passion for the style of gangsters infact she choosen personally her pinstripe outfit.
