No worries. The bulk of this project is more for challenging myself (and hopefully to become a better and more productive artist!) I'm actually very happy that this trade sparked my inspiration. :D
Besides, it's so rare that anyone draws any of my characters. Just getting even one drawing is a real treat! :)

That too has been a challenge for me. I have huge backgrounds and personalities for a lot of my characters, but nobody knows more than just a small glimpse of who they are, even those who have known me for five years, I've learned that they don't even know the most basic details about any of my characters, even Rain, who I draw the most often.
I've written a few stories before but nobody ever reads them. It took over a year before somebody even left the first comment on any of them. I think I have one left that might still be on my gallery, but some of the details might be outdated, especially for one of the characters who I may have later swapped the name around with his brother.
I also have a number of novels I'm attempting to write, mostly sci-fi, but I get discouraged from writing because the few people who do say that they're totally excited to read my work, suddenly turn around and avoid talking about it or just never get around to reading it.
So I've been trying to find a way to show more of who my characters are through illustration, but since I'm normally a very slow artist, I might get maybe ONE piece done every few months, if even that. This art trade has REALLY boosted my productivity! I'm doing an average of two sketches per night for a week. That is huge for me! :D
I'm still learning new coloring techniques with my current style. I'd say that I've just recently moved into this style, when actually I started more than a year ago. But when I look at my progress, I've only done a small handful of paintings since I've started the transition. ^.^ So it still feels "new" to me. Lol

I've been meaning to do some character sheets; I was even planning to make a new set of them with a height chart for everyone shortly before I started this art challenge. :3 Some of my characters reside in two different universes. My sci-fi stuff is Universe One, and my normal, slice-of-life stories are Universe Two. Rain and Kit happen to be in both, but play different roles. Universe One, they're high tech mercenary/mech pilots, in Universe Two, they are gamers and college students. ^.^
I used to do comics and I've been wanting to do more, but with my slow productivity, it has been hard to do them as often as I would have liked.
