An old pokemon oc i had when i discovered fairy types beat dragon types

His name is Sylvester and he's a pretty small Sylveon, but he's actually a boss of a dragon-based mafia gang. He killed the old boss so now he's taking control. Noone suspected that a small fairy-type Sylveon would actually be the mastermind behind the dreaded Dragon Gang (so original name wow). He thinks he's better than everyone and uses his cuteness as an advantage to manipulate people. He got a dragon boyfriend tho (i forgot his name but he's a dragonair).
