The daughter of Panzer and Raiyn Koopa, she is just like every koopa princess....spoiled rotten with a nasty attitude. Though theres a reason that her scales and spiked shell are blue. A mutation occured with her conceiving [experimentation potion Panzer made], which made Raiyn crave alot of frozen treats, something that is quite deadly to koopas.

Reizer can actually freeze people with her breath and make weapons out of ice, even being able to make armor or clothes out of ice [most of her clothes are ice in the picture]. Tried to make her a little bit like a gothic, warrior princess and I rather like how she came out. Amazonian built just like her mother while having her Father's eyes, hair color, and her evil attitude. ^,...,^ shes gonna be so fun to play and I hope you guys like her.
