Believe it or not... I actually went through something like that. It's just nobody ever believes that something like what you experienced or what I experienced will ever happen to them, but when it does... it just hurts so badly.

I'm sorry that you are going through tough times. Just know there is always tomorrow, a day filled with the chance that you could fix the problems ailing your life. Stay strong for your folks dude, and talk to people you can trust. Don't ever bottle up your emotions, it only does more harm. Good luck man.
