"What are we doing here?" he wonders to himself. "I've never been to this part of the forest before."
"Nillo," Dondi whispers, "where are we going? What is it you want to show me?"
"Shhhh! Be quiet now. We're almost there. Can you smell the blood yet?"
"BLOOD?!? Nillo, what...?"
"QUIET, I said! Not another word."

Kitchiki! I can't think of enough superlatives to praise this artwork. For years, I've wanted to see Dondi drawn as a young adolescent Disney whitetail (as in Bambi 2), and this far exceeded my expectations. I could not possibly be more pleased! ^_^

Hehe I understand the feeling x3 But it's nice to see deer OCs considering they are not so much widespread..
Some time ago I got really into deers after having read the original novel(s) of Bambi (sequel included, Bambi's children) and the single book by Clement D.David (Firebringer).
