Randy and his manager Jeraldina Meyendorf, aka Jeri

Initially Jeri was a temporary replacement of the ex-manager who's got in an accident. Jeri is full of strong will and talent, and is very good at her job, even though she can't stand the lost-shapes. Her response to the client was negative at first, and the negativity was rather mutual
It's known that nothing is as permanent as temporary. While Jeri was to be changed for another candidate, she and Randy got along quickly in spite all of the conflicts
Jeri was difficult to work with in the beginning. She looks polite and nice at first but soon after that her presence is rather unbearable due to her being a control freak. Despite that, if you are patient enough, you start to notice that everything she does (even if it's harsh) is done for the better good

It was hard for Randy to get along with Jeri and, at the same time, Jeri had a hard time accepting García's origins. All in all, they finally managed to achieve a somewhat peaceful relationship
