It was Kickstarter giving me much time to pay for the signed book. They only give me 7 days to pay for the book when I get pay in 8 days. Then I ask them if they could make one more for me pay then they said to ask you and you said to ask them and this went on for days. I just gave up on the 4th day and that why I'm setup because two sides that were unwilling to help me.

I see. Sorry about that. That's more Kickstarter's policy. I didn't have any control over when you could or couldn't pay. I can't access those features on the site, which is why I said ask them. IF you still want a book, I'll only charge for shipping if you want me to send you a hardback.
