Wing-Rat is an evil bat (often mistaken for a panda because I was too lazy to color him in more than his ears and legs) with enough strength and speed to be a credible threat to any one or two super cat royals, but not being ganged up on by three kittens. He can also change his size to gigantic at will, but his flesh is every bit as soft and cuttable when he grows large - there's just more of it (HP goes up, DEFense does not). He is obsessed with getting himself colored and will go to great lengths to rob marker and crayon factories.

Split-Face was just a copy of Two-Face who later stole a clown/harlequin theme from Joker. I probably wouldn't have denied it.

What makes this really sad is that these two were later fused together when an accidental spillage occurred while they were robbing the Purple And Orange Chemicals Factory. This gave us the much less interesting Wing-Face, who was less powerful than Wing-Rat and less cunning than Split-Face.
