Mizu the draconisaquis
once a normal earth pony, she got caught up in a whierlpool and awoke in a dunken city as she is now with very little memory of who she used to be and no idea what happened to her or how long she was out, she can speak great to anything aquaticm but to anyone else it sounnds like randdom squaks squaks and other sounds. She can speak pony but whatever casued her to change did a bumber on her soeech so she has a hard time comunicating to land creatures. She can come olut of the water but only for a few hours before she has to return.
