Hmm, I'd make the pinky slightly smaller; shorter, thinner tip end, thinner base end. Right now your middle finger is thinnest, it'd be the largest finger normally. I'm saying it because when I look at the full body model you posted, the pinky makes the hand silhouette odd. If you don't want critique just ignore me.
