I am finally going to update my icon. It's Rancid, and of course, my recent obsession with TF2 has finally gotten me off my ass to draw him in my favorite class, the Pyro.
However, I can never seem to make these guys small enough. How do I reduce the image's kb to make it it's maximum size without being too large a file for it to become my icon?

Noice. :] And here I thought zombies were averse to fire. This shows me a whole new ridiculously frightening world!
And I'm not sure how to make it big as an icon and still have it be small enough. I usually just go for max quality at 100x100 or so, being that the icon doesn't appear at more than like 40x40. If you're talking sprays, that's a different beast.

Zombies are not averse to fire. They are merely flammable. If you find fighting a vicious undead that ignores small-arms fire to the torso to be problematic, consider how much worse it is to fight same undead monstrosity while it is on fire. Please, for safety, do not use flamethrowers on zombies unless you have them contained in a fireproof area. Sure, fire will "kill" them, eventually. But in the meanwhile, they can make it a pyrrhic victory.
Please, when facing the shambling undead in the pending apocalypse, remember this safety tip.
