Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket?

Then it would be Zeta, a series that advanced the plots of the original, while adding in more moral ambiguity to the series as a whole by demonstrating where the Federation had screwed up in the meantime. Punctuated by hard messages about what war does to a person, and personal dramas of losing one self to the fight, underscored by a rather haunting soundtrack, and with fights that were the largest ever animated up to that point.

I say all this to counterbalance this point. Kamille is literally the dumbest person in Gundam. I'm including the G-Gundam fighters and the civilians in that. He gets people killed because he trusts the wrong person, or worse, attacks over the slightest provocation, and he's really only 'redeemed' in the end by a victory he doesn't really earn. He's still a shit pilot, the Zeta was just the first true 'magic' gundam in the UC setting, and the O had no way to defend against magic. Without it literally pulling a glowing win for him, everyone he'd known would have died for nothing, because he's a dumbass.

Also, the Dekar speech was all Zeon lies. That just needs to be said. Char is full of shit!

Good models though, love the poses and detailing on them.

I never had the anime, but I did play "Gundam VS Zeta Gundam" on PS2.

Try to find Dynasty Warriors Gundam 2. That game plays out the story of the first 3 series. Gundam, Z Gundam, and ZZ Gundam as well as Char's Counter attack in a fair abridged, but still mostly complete fashion. You'll meet all the major players, and see most of the bigger events.

Love Zeta Gundam. The Zeta itself is my favorite Gundam (tied with the F-91). Best UC Gundam series. Though I don't remember there being a green Marasai. Did you sneak the Unicorn version Marasai in there?
