Almost there. Still showing some love handles there but I think Dover looks pretty good. Took almost to the month, 1year to loose 25lbs and tune up his old body. Unfortunately an over-enthusiastic Dover, tried to crank out 500 push-ups per day and ended up injuring his left shoulder. He’s now had to cut down on the push-up reps and start some jogging. Seeing a doctor, he was diagnosed with a medical condition called Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. Actually been suffering from it for years and did not know. But now because of the added exercise, it’s escalated to chronic pain. Dover will not take any meds harder than over-the-counter stuff so basically he just hurts all the time now. He doesn’t complain.
