Oooo, looking quite dapper! I adore this sort of outfit for a character, when it's done right (which is mostly always is), it always looks so charming and nice. Especially with those cute little white foot bands :P
And also, the reference angles on the foot there look phenomenal! I adore the details you put all over the foot in your art, they're all quite minute details, but they all culminate into something so wonderful~ XP
