Training isn't just fighting. It requires building up your body to be the best possible and face any situation it comes across! And of course, Shred is all too willing to tell Ark exactly what he should do for training. Of course, the exact methods used might be a tad... excessive. At least, if you ask those who aren't willing to push themselves, or risk third-degree burns at least.
