Because he's really happy. Baloo is Joey's hero, and he's beyond thrilled to be meeting him in real life, and after mustering the courage to do so after initially being nervous.

I'm favoriting this picture, not just because it's another fantastic piece of art by GEPredators, but because I can actually feel the emotions being portrayed here. I'm glad Joey got the chance to meet his hero and that he was everything the little pup hoped for.
