I felt like Leo was getting stale in his ultra badass SWAT gear for no reason look, so I took Him back to his roots of being an Irish-American cop with a superstitious nature. I've always liked how this character's hair/mane kind of has that look of an Irish style of facial hair, I don't know what it's called but I know I've seen in on quite a few characters where the hair follows the face but doesn't complete in a beard/mustache.
The spats or whatever those things are on his boots, they look really nice, adding to the completeness of the outfit. :)

Such a lovely work, i know he is some of an old character but i love how he looks here ^_^ specially the work on the little details like the bracelet.
he looks a little older and thinner here to,probably that was the idea, but i kinda like the details on his right hand on the old design.

Thanks man, and no worries, peeeps are busy! XD About his hand; originally He had some cybernetics, but I changes his origins, and my other Lion Casey : http://www.furaffinity.net/view/21640035/ has them as part of his story. I wanted to keep Declan young but without as much of that round babyface look, but still have him reflect the spirit of his last design. He's a little slimmer but still a big guy; not a musclehead but a naturally big guy. And glad you like his bracelet! He's superstitious so He wears all kinds of wards charms to keep evil spirits at bay , lol mantener los fantasmas malvados lejos, amirite? XD
