I think the minus is really good, too good even, should be a 3/3 rather than a 4/4. I would change the +1 to be either creature of player, not the choice for either. The emblem seems really good but too easily obtainable, being able to ult your planeswalker in two turns without any tricks seems a bit too good, maybe make it -6.

Well, for the token ability I orientated on Garruk, primal hunter, who is also five mana and creates 3/3 tokens with his +1 ability. Therefor having 3/3 tokens as a minus ability would be rather weak, compared to that. And for Caoxal's +1 ability I found 2damage to a creature or player only kinda weak for five cmc. I suppose that is questionable tho. As for the last I think you could be right, it was kinda difficult to guess what would be a fitting cost for that. I mean we have Soulfire Grand Master, who grants lifelink to your instant and sorcery spells for only two mana or Whipe of Erebos what does the same for creatures and cost two mana. But given that the emblem triggers additionally to lifelink I suppose -6 would be also fine.
Oh this is absolutely wonderful!! I Love the design, and it's exactly the type of card I wish Ajani would eventually get --- offensive by being defensive, synergistic, and creature based. Fits his power set, his flavor, and his mechanics.
