Seems like she got something fun from "Sky shopping" - I wonder where she plucked that one out of the air... :P
This was really fun to do, and is a little gift for
hellcatXD - who has some really fun characters! :D One of them is this here,
As you can see, she's a most fashionable Sylveon and this was really fun to figure out the cel shading on this. Really happy with how it turned out in the end, wheee! :O
