"We shall surpass death itself!"
I dunno if anyone remembers my jackal planeswalker from Amonkhet http://www.furaffinity.net/view/23239645/
Once Amur was a faithfull and loyal apprentice of Rhonas and back then he used green and red mana in his spell, but he always preffered the close up fight. One day he and his soulmate left the protection of the Hekma with Rhonas' blessing (that took form as of two snakes on his body) and the goal for the ultimate training to become stronger in the name of the Indomitable. But beyond the hekma they discovered the cruel truth about Amonkhet's history. His mate yet paid this knowledge with his life when a demon appeared. Amur could slay the fiend, yet his mate was beyond aid and the combined grief of his lover's death and the anger of what had happened to his home ignited his spark. For a while he drifted through the multiverse, not really knowing what was happening and how to channel his new ability.
When he finally returned to his homeworld it lay in ruins and his god had been killed and all that he once had was gone and so was the deciever responsible. So he left with the goal to find a plane where he could morn what he lost and strife in the name of their glory, his loyality surpassing death itself and who knows what such unyielding faith and love might awake...
This is the second time I gave one of my planeswalkers another card, so I really welcome any feedback, referring story, design, drawing, whatever ;3
