If you want the eyes to stand out, the ones in right would look good
also, I suggest a more saturated color on the eyes, it will make the drawing more lively.
Though I think if I where you, for my own likings I would choose the top left, since I like doing pupil lighter than the iris.

The main thing why I choose exact color of the eyes is that I want to make her, like, special? I want her to stand out because it's a part of her story, she just HAS TO stand out and I firstly I did her eyes like on the top left but then I thought that now she looks strange and I just don't know (￣ω￣;)
