Honestly, I gotta say I really like the way you draw latex. A nice, simple looking shine with little shadowing. You've totally got it down.
Your poses need a little work (making them look more realistic and dynamic instead of the kinda stiff look you got goin' on) but other than that your art is very nice!

If you need help with poses, can I suggest something like DesignDoll? It's a program for PCs that is made for posing characters to use as artists references!
I mean, you can even get an SH Figuarts made specifically for posing if you prefer something more hands-on (that's what I use for my more complicated poses).
