And pesters a fisherman who just wishes he'd be left alone already (but can't help but enjoy the Eeray's company).

sorry for the low quality and small size. Can't figure out why my computer refuses to save it on a bigger scale but eh. whatever. i'll add a close up of his face one of these days. But goddamn i love how his tail turned out.
