One story concept and script that I developed for class is called Cal. It's about a wizard named Caliber, his journey to recover something stolen from him, and his subsequent quest to find himself.
This was the first of two illustrations done to explore Cal's world. The dragon is Crow, the small red demoness is Ariel, and the wizard in white is Cal himself. The scene is from later in the story when Cal and Ariel reunite with her dragon, Crow.
In addition to the two illustrations, there are a number of sketches that will either be used in the comic or turned into separate illustrations as prints.
