I seem to recall a video game with a darker themed version of Alice running about which was perhaps a touch closer to this than the Disney ideal. But then again my imagination could be making things up on me.
Yeah, that's American McGee's Alice, done with the Quake 3 engine. It's not a bad game, but it's more of a Quake 3 level building tour-de-force than anything. As a game, it's mostly just a platform jumpy thing.
