Here’s an alternate design I drew of Dr. Illdritch, where he had a kind of transparent scalp as part of one of his eldritch trans-modifications to himself to assist in his psionically enhanced brain. However, I kind of preferred the other version partially because the transparent dome scalp seemed more 60’s sci-fi esque rather than lovecraftian body horror.
